Why should I complete a management course online? The convenience of an online management course is arguably its most attractive perk, letting managers improve their skills in a framework which easily fits around their schedules.

Our courses offer enough flexibility to let managers complete sessions whenever they want, without the restrictions of attending a course at a specific time, date or location.

Courses are also accessible to anyone with a device and internet connection, and can easily be customised to each individual’s learning preferences and requirements.

Do online courses come with a certificate? Our course has been officially accredited by the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) so after finishing your course over a period of 13 weeks, you’ll receive two certificates by leading management bodies. These will be legitimate proof and commendation that you’ve completed your online management course.

How is the online management course assessed? At the end of taking the 16 sessions you will need to take an online assessment of 30 multiple choice questions. You will need to achieve a pass mark of 70% in order to receive your accreditations from the Institute of Leadership & Management and also from the CPD.

Don’t worry if you do not make the benchmark first time around. You will get a second chance.

How can I pay for the management fundamentals course? You can pay online via card or you can pay through invoice. Booking is really simple. All you need to do is to visit our Booking Information page and select which option you would like. You can make multiple bookings as well. How soon after ordering will I be able to access the online course? If you pay via card you will be taken immediately to the online management course portal where you will be asked to create a username and password so you can access the materials.

If you decide to pay via invoice, once you have paid we will send you a unique link so you can set your personal details up.

I live in a country that does not pay VAT. Will I still be charged this? Once you enter your country of residence into the payment portal the tax will be calculated automatically.
